Teaching & Learning Manager - Sport, Public Services and Care

You will drive high-quality teaching, learning and assessment, support staff development, shape an innovative and inclusive curriculum, and deputise for the Head of Learning to ensure exceptional student outcomes across a diverse portfolio of programmes.

  • As our Teaching & Learning Manager - Sport, Public Services and Care, you will:
  • Lead outstanding curriculum delivery and student outcomes.

  • Develop, support and lead high-performing teams.

What you will bring to the role

  • Proven record of teaching and assessment to a consistentlyhighstandard, includingtheuseof technology.
  • Teachingexperiencewithin Further Education.
  • Provenrecordoftriallingnewdevelopmentswithin own teaching & learning and assessment and supporting the development of others .
  • Supervisoryormanagement experience.
  • Uptodateknowledgeofcurriculumandteachingand learning including sector priorities, proven through continuing professional development.
  • ACertificatein Educationor Post Graduate Certificate in Education, or equivalent.
