Northbrook and Worthing Colleges, part of the Chichester College Group, is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Safeguarding and Wellbeing Manager. As the Safeguarding and Wellbeing Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our learners. You will be responsible for overseeing the operational delivery of safeguarding initiatives, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and providing high-quality support services to our students.

You must have experience as a Designated Safeguarding Officer or equivalent as well as management experience in Further Education. You will have an in-depth knowledge of safeguarding and Prevent legislation along with an understanding of all support practices within Further Education. You must be educated to GCSE, grade C/4 or above specifically in English and maths and level 4, or equivalent experience, in safeguarding.
