Student Records Administrator
Are you looking for that ideal administrative role, in the convenient location of central Crawley?
As a Student Records Administrator, you will
- have a good eye for detail when entering data into the Management Information System (MIS) and checking both online and paper enrolment forms for accuracy
- provide excellent customer service in response to queries from staff, students and parents / carers.
- assist with the maintenance of records held on the MIS including processing student withdrawals and transfers.
- provide a year-round front of house service on a rota basis as required.
- manage and reply promptly to emails, written correspondence and verbal communication.

What you will bring to the role
- experience of working with Management Information Systems (MIS).
- experience of working with the public in a customer service environment.
- a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- the ability to communicate with a diverse range of people at all levels, verbally and in writing.

The working pattern for this role will be Monday to Thursday 08.30 β 17.00, Friday 08.30 β 16.30.
