You will drive high-quality teaching, learning and assessment, support staff development, shape an innovative and inclusive curriculum, and deputise for the Head of Learning to ensure exceptional student outcomes across a diverse portfolio of programmes.

What you will bring to the role
- Proven record of teaching and assessment to a consistentlyhighstandard, includingtheuseof technology.
- Teachingexperiencewithin Further Education.
- Provenrecordoftriallingnewdevelopmentswithin own teaching & learning and assessment and supporting the development of others .
- Supervisoryormanagement experience.
- Uptodateknowledgeofcurriculumandteachingand learning including sector priorities, proven through continuing professional development.
- ACertificatein Educationor Post Graduate Certificate in Education, or equivalent.
