As our Lecturer in Electrical, you will: Deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment in Electrical Installation, ensuring learners develop the technical knowledge, practical skills and professional behaviours needed for successful progression.
Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons, maintaining high expectations and supporting learners to achieve their full potential.
Monitor learner progress, provide timely feedback and implement effective interventions to improve attendance, achievement and progression outcomes.
Develop strong links with employers and industry partners, contributing to curriculum innovation and ensuring programmes reflect current industry standards and workforce needs.

What you will bring to the role:
A Level 3 qualification (or above) in a related subject. Extensive working knowledge in Electrical. Innovative and creative in meeting the needs of learners.
