Northbrook College, part of the Chichester College Group, has an exciting opportunity for you to join us as an HR Coordinator. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary of £26,431 - £26,972 per annum.
Do you have an interest in staff recruitment and the employee lifecycle and are looking for the next step in your HR career? As our HR Coordinator, you will:
- Work with managers to ensure the effective recruitment and selection of staff for the Group.
- Provide advice on the Group’s recruitment processes and other general HR queries.
- Provide an efficient and customer focused service.

What you will bring to the role as our HR Coordinator:
- Experience working in a Human Resources department or recruitment team.
- Hold GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English at Grade C/4 or above.
- Have recent experience of employment contract preparation and knowledge of HR databases.
