As our Examinations Co‑ordinator you will be part of an Exams Team, helping prepare and timetable the Exam Seasons and specialise in Exam Access Arrangements to ensure students who need extra support have it in place for their exams. Your tasks will ensure students have the best possible experience when planning for their exams.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain exam timetables for the academic year.
- Coordinate Exam Access Arrangements for students requiring additional support.
- Communicate with students, teachers, and awarding bodies to confirm exam details.
- Collaborate with other team members to streamline examination processes.
- Ensure accurate record‑keeping and compliance with examination regulations.
Qualifications:
- Desirable experience of examination administration.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication with a range of customers, including students, teachers and awarding bodies.
- Ability to work independently within the team.
