We are seeking an engaging and resilient GCSE English Teacher to deliver aspirational, purposeful English lessons to students re‑sitting their GCSE, primarily those studying Construction and related vocational programmes.

Responsibilities

  • Teach GCSE English to re‑sit learners, many of whom are construction students, planning and delivering lessons aligned to the exam board specification and designed to meet their needs.
  • Use effective assessment and feedback strategies, motivate and challenge students, adapt content to be practical and relevant, and manage and positively channel challenging behaviour.
