Responsibilities
- Enrolling students onto their courses throughout the year.
- Providing advice and guidance in person, over the phone and online.
- Processing and inputting a wide variety of data including enrolment fees, student achievements, student attendance and timetables.
- Ensuring accurate and up-to-date records to support the running of the college and students’ further education experience.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven customer service and organisational skills.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- GCSEs at grade C/4 or above, including Maths and English.
- Experience in a similar administrative role within the education sector preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.
