Administrative Assistant Ref: CW0416
Position: Administrative Assistant in Student Services team at Crawley College, part of the Chichester College Group.
Working hours: 15 hours per week for 38 weeks per year, Monday and Tuesday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
Salary: Pro rata £26,045 – £26,141 per annum (approx. £9,178.02 – £9,211.85), plus £214.99 Crawley Weighting.
Responsibilities
- Deal with enquiries from staff, students and parents.
- Maintain diaries and calendars.
- Process UCAS applications.
- Support student attendance‑related activities.
- Organise referral meetings.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven administrative, customer service and organisational skills.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office.
