Chichester College is seeking a Lecturer in STEM to join our newly opened multi‑million pound STEM facility. You will work primarily with automotive and engineering disciplines, engaging students from varied backgrounds and building excitement about vehicle mechanics.
Key responsibilities and expectations:
- Teach, assess, and verify qualifications in motor vehicle related disciplines.
- Use modern teaching methods and interactive spaces to inspire learning.
- Demonstrate patience, compassion, empathy, and passion for the subject.
- Support students who need help and engagement with education.
- Participate in training programmes to develop teaching skills.
