As our Lecturer in Electrical, you will:
- Deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment in Electrical Installation, ensuring learners develop the technical knowledge, practical skills and professional behaviours needed for successful progression.
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons, maintaining high expectations and supporting learners to achieve their full potential.
- Monitor learner progress, provide timely feedback and implement effective interventions to improve attendance, achievement and progression outcomes.
- Develop strong links with employers and industry partners, contributing to curriculum innovation and ensuring programmes reflect current industry standards and workforce needs.

What you will bring to the role:
- A Level 3 qualification (or above) in a related subject.
- Extensive working knowledge in Electrical.
