Are you an ambitious senior leader ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking an exceptional Head of Learning to lead our Business, Learning and Development provision. This role is ideal for an experienced Assistant Principal, Head of School, Programme Director or senior curriculum leader who is aspiring to progress to Vice Principal level in the coming years.

This is a high-impact, strategically important leadership position at the heart of our curriculum and quality ambitions. You will shape curriculum direction, drive teaching and learning excellence, and contribute to transformational improvements across FE, HE, Apprenticeships, Adult learning and Commercial Courses. You will join a dynamic, values-driven leadership team committed to innovation, growth and outstanding outcomes for all learners. As part of the College Group’s succession planning, this role provides clear opportunities for development towards future Vice Principal roles.

Teachers Pension Scheme - the Group contributes 28.68% of your actual pensionable pay.

40 days annual leave, plus bank holidays and college closure days over the Christmas period which are not deducted from annual leave entitlement. Plus, the opportunity to purchase up to 5 days additional leave.
