Chichester College is currently seeking to appoint a highly motivated Bar Supervisor to work in our Pavilion bar, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times by maintaining an exceptional standard of delivery and professionalism. We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone confident running a bar during busy periods and special events. This is a flexible role which allows you to accept work assignments when convenient to you.
The Role:
- Supervising bar operations on Saturdays and during ad hoc events
- Leading and supporting bar staff during shifts
- Ensuring excellent customer service at all times
- Managing stock, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance
About You:
- Previous experience working behind a bar (supervisory experience preferred)
- Confident, organised, and able to work independently
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable and flexible, with availability for occasional events
- Personal Licence is desirable but not essential
