Responsibilities

  • Deliver innovative teaching activities tailored for young people with social communication difficulties and those on the Autistic Spectrum.
  • Collaborate with staff to design, develop, manage and review programmes within the area and across the college.
  • Handle associated administrative tasks to ensure a seamless and supportive experience for all students.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience working with young people who have social communication difficulties and learners on the Autistic Spectrum.
  • Experience working with a diverse range of learners is essential.
  • Hands on knowledge of the needs of learners on the Autistic Spectrum.
  • Postgraduate Award of Proficiency in Assessment for Access Arrangements is highly desirable.

Work Pattern

Monday – Friday, 8:30 to 5:00pm.
