Responsibilities
- Deliver innovative teaching activities tailored for young people with social communication difficulties and those on the Autistic Spectrum.
- Collaborate with staff to design, develop, manage and review programmes within the area and across the college.
- Handle associated administrative tasks to ensure a seamless and supportive experience for all students.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience working with young people who have social communication difficulties and learners on the Autistic Spectrum.
- Experience working with a diverse range of learners is essential.
- Hands on knowledge of the needs of learners on the Autistic Spectrum.
- Postgraduate Award of Proficiency in Assessment for Access Arrangements is highly desirable.
