We are seeking an exceptional Head of Learning to lead our Business School provision. This role is ideal for an experienced Assistant Principal, Head of School, Programme Director or senior curriculum leader who is aspiring to progress to Vice Principal level in the coming years. This is a high-impact, strategically important leadership position at the heart of our curriculum and quality ambitions.
As our Head of Learning (Business School), you will:
- Shape curriculum direction, drive teaching and learning excellence, and contribute to transformational improvements across FE, HE, Apprenticeships, Adult learning and Commercial Courses.
- Lead a high performing, efficient learning area, ensuring outstanding levels of retention, engagement and success alongside high levels of student/customer and staff satisfaction.
- Set, promote and support high standards of teaching, learning and assessment within the curriculum cluster, producing high standards of student achievement, progression and value added.

What you will bring to the role:
- A proven record of promoting teaching, learning and assessment to a consistently high and outstanding standard.
- Experience of Further Education curriculum delivery planning and administration.
- A Certificate in Education or Post Graduate Certificate in Education, or equivalent and a level 3 qualification relevant to the area of teaching expertise.
