As our Lecturer in Additional Learning Support, you will:

  • Deliver innovative teaching activities tailored for young people with social communication difficulties and those on the Autistic Spectrum.
  • Work collaboratively and innovatively with staff to design, develop, manage and review programmes within the area and cross college.
  • Handle associated administrative tasks to ensure a seamless and supportive experience for all students.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Demonstrable experience working with young people who have social communication difficulties and learners on the Autistic Spectrum
  • Experience of working with a diverse range of learners is essential
