Director of SEND and Additional Learning Support
As our Director of SEND and Additional Learning Support, you will:
- Deliver outstanding additional learning support to all students.
- Ensure a cohesive and embedded approach at all CCG colleges to inclusivity .
- Develop provision in line with SEND reform and maximise the impact on learners.
- Ensure the Group meets the requirement of the SEND code of practice and statutory obligations.

What you will bring to the role:
- Extensive SEND experience within Further Education.
- A detailed understanding of SEND reform.
- Experience of working across multiple sites and managing SEND teams to deliver exceptional support.
- A proven track record of reducing achievement gaps for learners with additional needs.
