Crawley College, part of the Chichester College Group, is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our Student Services team. This role involves undertaking a range of administrative duties that support the team, including:
- Dealing with enquiries from staff, students, and parents
- Maintaining diaries and calendars
- UCAS processing
- Supporting student attendance-related activities
- Organising referral meetings
The work you do will play a vital role in ensuring the Student Services team offers the best possible support to our students at Crawley College.
The full working pattern for this role will be discussed at interview, and we will be as flexible as possible to accommodate your other responsibilities, such as childcare.
