A warm and dynamic family based in central London is seeking a highly organised, proactive and flexible nanny to share charge of their two school‑aged boys. The ideal candidate will be a native or fluent Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish or French speaker, with excellent English, and will enjoy balancing hands‑on childcare with family PA responsibilities.

Working Schedule (Flexible for the right candidate):

  • Monday-Friday: 6:30am - 8:30am
  • Wednesday & Friday: 3:45pm - 6:45pm
  • Saturday: 7:00am - 10:00am
  • Babysitting and additional hours as required (to be discussed and agreed in advance)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sole charge of the morning routine and shared charge after school and evenings
  • Planning and managing the boys' weekly schedules, activities and playdates
  • Liaising with schools and managing all school communications
  • Supervising homework and supporting academic development
  • Accompanying the children to after‑school clubs and social activities
  • Family PA duties including diary management, appointments and emails
  • Ordering uniforms, clothing, books, toys and gifts
  • Coordinating food requirements for the children and their friends with the chef and household staff
  • Managing medicines and supplements
  • Ensuring school bags, uniforms and equipment are prepared for the following day/week
  • Keeping the playroom tidy and organised
  • Packing for family holidays (when required)

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of professional nanny experience with children of varying ages
  • Strong understanding of child development
  • Calm, positive and confident personality with excellent initiative and common sense
  • Highly organised with strong time‑management skills
  • Tech‑savvy (comfortable using calendars, emails and online booking systems)
  • Flexible and adaptable to parents' schedules and needs

Additional Information:

  • Children attend different schools
  • No driving required

  • No travel at present / paid time off when the family travels
