A busy and very interesting role has arisen for a degree standard PA to support a successful and extremely busy individual within this boutique Design Studio with a focus on interiors/design/property. Working within a small team supporting the Principal, the working atmosphere is supportive and sometimes deadline-driven. Based in the office 5 days a week.
You will cover both business and private support on a daily basis. A team player willing to muck in when needed with some out of hours when busy. You must love being a PA and a great support to the boss in every aspect. The Principal is upbeat with bags of energy and you will be able to match this!
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken, and up-to-date tech skills are needed. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for presentations, and being proactive and engaged in your role are essential. Excellent all-round ability and top organisational skills are required, with the ability to hit deadlines. You should be able to work off a demanding to-do list and juggle a very busy day.
An interest in the creative side within property & design is needed, along with an understanding of marketing and social media, complemented by excellent tech skills. You must be able to handle a very busy and ever-changing 'to-do' list, keeping everyone informed of changes and thinking ahead. The role can grow over time, and you will be able to take on more responsibility. This position is very much suited to someone who is career-driven, eager to grow and learn, and who enjoys a varied role where you are a true right hand.
Minimum Requirements:
- 4 years + experience minimum in a busy creative style role (property, architecture, interiors, design or similar).
- A bright and positive personality with bags of energy and a great can-do attitude.
