We are working with the private office of a highly impressive UHNW Founder and Entrepreneur to find an exceptional Executive Assistant to join a high-performing, close-knit support team. This is a rare opportunity to work at the heart of a dynamic and fast-moving private office, supporting a CEO with a diverse and fascinating portfolio spanning technology, hospitality, property and investment interests. The role goes far beyond traditional EA support and will suit someone who enjoys operating at pace, thinking commercially, and acting as a true extension of the Founder.
You will work closely with an outstanding Chief of Staff and alongside a Private PA, forming part of a collegiate, professional and highly trusted team. This is a permanent position offering long-term scope, exposure and progression for a top-tier EA.
The Role
This is a strategic, business-facing Executive Assistant role, supporting the Founder across multiple ventures and priorities. You will be deeply embedded in the day-to-day flow of the business, ensuring time, focus and communication are aligned with wider goals.
Responsibilities Will Include
- Acting as the primary point of contact across the Founder’s businesses for scheduling, access and coordination
- Owning and managing a complex, ever-changing diary across multiple business interests
- Preparing daily briefing packs and ensuring comprehensive meeting preparation at all times
- Full inbox management, drafting correspondence and acting as a trusted communications gatekeeper
- Coordinating domestic and international travel with precision and foresight
- Liaising confidently with investors, board members, senior executives and external stakeholders
- Attending meetings where required, capturing actions and ensuring follow-through
- Tracking key goals, deadlines and priorities across the portfolio and flagging emerging issues
- Supporting projects and initiatives across both commercial and personal ventures
- Handling highly sensitive information with absolute discretion and professionalism
The Candidate
This role will suit an experienced, degree-educated EA who has supported an entrepreneurial Founder or CEO at a senior level and is comfortable working at speed and with autonomy.
You Will Bring
- At least 5 years’ experience supporting a CEO / Founder in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
- Strong commercial awareness, ideally with exposure to B2B SaaS, investment or entrepreneurial businesses
- Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the confidence to represent the Founder
- High EQ, sound judgement and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise
- A calm, agile mindset and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- A collaborative approach and strong team ethic
