Our mission is to guarantee quality stays for travellers while providing our partners (property owners) peace of mind and optimisation of rental income. We ensure, among other things, the preparation of accommodations, publication and management of listings on booking platforms, management of reservations, arrivals and departures of travellers, assistance to travellers, professional cleaning of accommodations, laundry service for household linen, and maintenance of properties. Our business addresses three sectors: hospitality (60%), real estate (30%), tourism (10%).

In the context of the "Chic Africa" project for the construction of a building in Yaoundé, we are recruiting a Conducteur de Travaux (H/F).

Your Mission Consists Of:

  • Planning and monitoring the progress of all tasks in detail
  • Managing all suppliers and technicians
  • Receiving deliverables
  • Controlling the quality of deliverables in detail
  • Carefully tracking project expenses
  • Managing the stock of construction materials and controlling their use
  • Studying and challenging quotes and solutions proposed by suppliers and technicians
  • Carrying out administrative procedures
  • Updating our tracking and planning tools
  • Presenting project progress each week

Languages: French

Location: Yaoundé

Salary: Between 200,000 and 230,000 FCFA/month, depending on profile and experience. Bonuses based on objectives from 0 to 230,000 CFA per year.

Job Type: Full-time

Contract Type: Fixed-term contract (6 months renewable)

Start Date: Immediate
