Want to work at the intersection of finance, trading, FinTech and data? Then we have an excellent role to join a well-established FinTech company based in London, City but offices all over the globe. In this role you will support some of the world's leading financial institutions. You will be the first point of contact for clients, helping to solve complex technical and workflow challenges across all asset classes including but not limited to derivatives and crypto. After full training, you’ll investigate issues, analyse data, support trading and risk workflows, and deliver solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot complex workflows and technical issues
- Analyse logs, test systems, and improve data quality
- Work closely with engineers, product managers, and financial analysts
- Communicate clearly with clients via chat, phone, and email
Requirements
- Analytical, curious, and client-focused
- A strong problem-solver who enjoys digging into complex systems
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, high-performance team
- Educated in STEM, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
- Python, SQL, or scripting experience is a plus
