Responsibilities:- Be the first point of contact and be responsible for providing BAU support
- Provide first-class support to clients
- Work closely with other teams to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve incidents quickly
- Continual on-the-job learning of new software features and functionality
- Graduate Trading Application Support with SQL, FIX Protocol, UNIX / LINUX, Trading, FinTech, Financial Technology, Financial Services, Computer Science or Finance Degree
- Ideally a recent graduate with a finance or technical degree and 1-2 years industry experience
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to speak with clients
- Hard working with keen interest in FinTech or financial services (trading) / crypto
