About Us

We are a specialist subcontractor in glass polishing and hard surface repair. We work with main contractors on live construction sites, with facilities management teams across commercial estates, and directly with domestic clients to restore glass, frames, and other architectural finishes, saving replacement costs and programme time. We are not a glazing company. We are the team they call when glass and metal work is damaged, or a handover is at risk.

The Role

This is a true senior administrator role that sits at the centre of the business. You will run the day-to-day operations office, keep our sales pipeline moving, and own the marketing admin that brings in the next jobs. You will report directly to the Director and be the key link between our site technicians, construction clients, FM account managers, and domestic customers. It is perfect for someone who is highly organised, commercially sharp, and happy switching from a construction programme call to writing a case study in the same morning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations
    • Schedule and dispatch our surface repair technicians across construction, FM, and domestic jobs
    • Manage RAMS, site inductions, toolbox talks and contractor portal compliance
    • Track jobs from first call to sign-off, including quotations, purchase orders, variations, and invoicing
    • Maintain van stock, consumables ordering and equipment calibration logs
    • Act as first point of contact for site managers and FM helpdesks
  • Sales Administration
    • Qualify inbound leads from contractors, FM providers, and homeowners
    • Prepare accurate repair quotations with photos/measurements, follow up, and convert
    • Maintain CRM pipeline, update project trackers, and produce weekly sales reports
    • Support tender submissions and framework onboarding for FM clients
  • Marketing Administration
    • Manage website enquiries, Google My Business Profile, and business listings
    • Coordinate before/after photography from site teams and build case studies for LinkedIn and socials
    • Run email campaigns to QSs, site managers and FM contacts
    • Maintain marketing collateral, and PPE

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years in a senior admin / office manager role in construction subcontracting, FM, trades, or field services
  • Confident with job scheduling, quotations, and contractor compliance paperwork
  • Strong sales admin skills: you follow up, you close the loop, you keep the CRM tidy
  • Competent marketing admin: Canva, LinkedIn, Facebook, Website CRM, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads. You do not need to be a designer
  • Excellent written English, calm phone manner with site teams and homeowners
  • Full UK driving licence preferred. CSCS Admin card is a plus
  • Experience with BigChange CRM is ideal

What We Offer

  • A genuine senior role with real autonomy in a profitable niche trade
  • Company pension
  • Small, skilled team. No corporate nonsense. Your work will be visible every week

We restore surfaces others write off. If you like running a tight operation and want to help grow a specialist business across construction, FM and domestic markets, send your CV and a short note on why this fits.

We are an equal opportunities employer. Applications reviewed on a rolling basis.
