We are currently looking for an Operations Administrator to join our busy team in the heart of Medway!

As an Operations Administrator, you will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support our sales and operational processes. This includes managing quotations, loading customer and job information, and maintaining schedules. You will be the first point of contact for client enquiries via phone, online chat, and email. Your contributions will extend to assisting with project communication and documentation, ensuring our CRM is consistently up to date, and monitoring company Health and Safety records, documentation, and training. You’ll also collaborate with the Sales and Operations Management team to help meet all project-related tasks.

Hours of Work: Office Based, Monday to Friday, Full-time
