Due to rapid growth of the business, we are looking to recruit a Junior Data Analyst to:
- Support the Data Analyst to develop insightful reports and key performance indicators for internal and external clients.
- Support work to integrate and reconcile client-supplied data against internal datasets, and develop client-facing reports to support account management activity.
- Assist the Data Analyst with third-party service provider requests and queries.
- Develop and implement automated ETL and data exchange mechanisms to minimise manual activity and improve accuracy of reporting.
- Assist the Data Analyst with a review of the current portfolio of reports and migration to Power BI where required.
- Work with internal stakeholders to establish a rigorous process for reviewing report content prior to publication.
- Undertake ad-hoc data analysis as required to support internal and/or client requests.
Essential skills and attributes:
- Previous experience in data engineering, analysis & handling datasets.
- Competent in manipulating data and presenting data outputs.
- Good tactical knowledge of SQL Server.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with business stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Desirable, not essential:
- Experience of interacting with clients on a regular basis.
- Experience in the development and management of reports & dashboards.
- Experience using Power BI.
