As a business we are growing rapidly and are now looking to add to our internal Customer Experience team in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will be able to take ownership of support of client accounts to maintain strong working relationships with customers, setting the right expectations and examples to show the business in the best light and liaising with business leaders and departments to ensure customer requirements are met.

Responsibilities

  • Communication with customer contacts to deal with requirements, investigate and resolve issues.
  • Being a reliable and dedicated contact for customers, keeping the service running smoothly.
  • Running and development of reports from IT systems providing analysis and clear presentation.
  • Ensure all KPIs are understood, reviewed and being met.
  • Where required, attending internal and external meetings with customers in a professional manner, representing CHH in line with its values.
  • Continue to promote CHH products and services, educating yourself and your customers when new products and services are launched.
  • Monitoring and responding to the ticketing system in line with SLAs.
  • Maintaining effective working relationships with other CHH departments.
  • Ensure all areas of the business are kept up to date with the latest information and actions.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Flexibility over working hours offering coverage from 7am – 7pm as required
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, qualifications or training
  • Intermediate Microsoft Outlook skills
  • Have experience leading meetings with internal or external clients
  • Have prepared action plans
  • have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Be a good multitasker, problem solver and able to prioritise workload
  • A flexible approach to non-standard working hours to provide appropriate coverage for our customers
  • Have a willingness to travel to customer or internal locations across the UK
