The launch of our Final Mile solution was a key outcome of our recent business transformation. It has enabled us to support customers more effectively across logistics, asset tracking and lifecycle management.
We are looking to recruit 2 experienced Warehouse Team Leaders - one of which will focus solely on our 'Returns'. Reporting to the Shift Manager, the Team Leaders PM will supervise a team of Warehouse Operatives, yet will still be required to work alongside their team on a daily basis - it's very much a hands-on role, ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of goods and maintaining a safe and organised workspace.
Key Responsibilities:- Play a key role in on PM shift, working against KPIs, raising any incidents, risks or issues with the Shift Manager.
- Assisting Shift Manager where required.
- Develop Warehouse skill levels and knowledge to satisfy current and new business opportunities and ensure health & safety requirements are met.
- Ensure Warehouse Operatives comply with health, safety & environmental regulations & procedures and work safely to protect themselves and others.
- Undertake any other duties as/when necessary to meet the varying demands of the business and satisfy customer needs.
- Work closely with fellow Team Leaders at the end of the AM shift ensuring a smooth and consistent transition of workload and priorities.
- Support training and onboarding activities to ensure high-performance and professional culture amongst the department.
- Communicate with Operatives on a daily basis giving instruction, encouragement, support and leading by example to instil a positive and performance focused work force.
- The right person will need to be adaptable to change and willing to jump in with a sleeves rolled-up mentality alongside his/her team of Operatives.
- Willingness to learn and develop their leadership style.
- Health & Safety Training is essential.
- Be approachable, an effective communicator and problem solver.

- Positive role model with a can-do attitude.
- Previous experience as a Team Leader in a Warehouse function.
