Role purpose
The Junior Account Executive will play an integral role in supporting the growth of CHGβs business by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate is someone eager to learn, train, and develop a career in B2B sales within the financial services industry.

Areas of responsibility
- Cold calling potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Reaching out to prospects through platforms such as LinkedIn and other social channels.
- Collecting and analyzing data on potential companies to identify key decision-makers and sales leads.
- Job shadowing Senior Account Executives to gain insight into the sales process and client interactions.
- Assisting in identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities for the company.
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients to support retention and growth.
- Participating in training sessions and applying newly learned skills to real-world sales activities.
Required skills
- Previous experience in general business, with less than 5 years of work experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
