Role Overview
We are looking for a confident, organised, and hospitality-experienced Host/Admin to join the team at Chez Antoinette Victoria. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent guest experience, and efficient reservation and seating management. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for reservations, guest enquiries, and front-of-house coordination, working closely with the team to maintain high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Reservations & Systems
- Manage SevenRooms and OpenTable on a daily basis, including settings, experiences, and offers.
- Booking updates and availability control.
- Organise table seating and manage the floor plan.
- Assign tables and plan shifts in advance.
- Handle group bookings up to 30 guests.
- Work alongside our Events Manager for events of 30+ guests.
- Guest Experience
- Welcome and greet guests professionally.
- Answer phone enquiries in a clear and friendly manner.
- Manage email enquiries efficiently and promptly.
- Be responsible for guest reviews and follow-up where needed.
- Operations & Administration
- Prepare and place table cards as required.
- Ensure menus and outdoor boards are updated.
- Support front-of-house organisation and coordination.
- Maintain high standards of presentation and service.
