Bring French hospitality to the heart of London. Chez Antoinette is looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead our Covent Garden restaurant and Suzette kiosk; a role designed for someone who understands warm, structured service and takes pride in delivering a consistent guest experience.

This is a service-driven management role focused on execution on the floor, team leadership, and performance; with targeted administrative responsibilities to support organisation, labour control, and operational consistency.

You will lead service, develop your team, and ensure both Chez Antoinette Covent Garden and Suzette operate smoothly, even at peak times. Your presence on the floor will set the tone; driving energy, standards, and results day to day.
