Maison Gigi is a French family bakery that serves pâtisserie, artisan coffee, breakfast and lunch. Freshly baked every day in-house. Maison Gigi brings tarts and regional sweet and savoury specialities from France. It’s an open-kitchen concept and this family-run business also offers events catering.
We have a fantastic and exciting opportunity for a dynamic, driven and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our Team at Gigi. We are looking for the right person to join the team; you’re there to help, and make sure everything is working smoothly. The understanding of the French culture and friendly customer service is essential.
What we are looking for:
- Passionate about great food, quality ingredients and hospitality.
- Promote good working relationships throughout the team.
- Ensure the efficient and smooth running of the kitchen.
