Maintenance Assistant

Full-Time No home office possible

To assist the Maintenance Manager on a day to day basis to assist with the high standards of maintenance within the hotel,

Responsibilities

Take ownership in responding to emergency maintenance calls from all departments.
Ensure all priority maintenance jobs are completed.
Show teamwork and flexibility by responding to changes in job priorities at short notice.
Ensure appliances, fixtures and fittings are safe and comply with Health & Safety regulations; report any faults to the Maintenance Manager.
Be on call on a rota basis if required.
Understand and execute company policies and procedures regarding privacy, confidentiality and data protection.

Qualifications

Experience in hotel maintenance is desirable.
Experience in large properties is desirable.
Have a keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills.
Be confident in communicating with the team.
