Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, guest satisfaction, team engagement, and commercial performance across the hotel. About the Role As Hotel Manager, you will provide leadership across all operational departments, ensuring the seamless delivery of exceptional service whilst maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance, and guest experience. You will work closely with Heads of Department to create a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and engagement, ensuring that both guests and colleagues receive an exceptional experience every day. Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire operational teams to deliver exceptional guest service throughout the hotel. Drive service excellence and ensure standards consistently exceed guest expectations. Support and develop departmental leaders to achieve operational and commercial objectives. Monitor and improve guest satisfaction, reputation scores, and service recovery processes. Deliver strong commercial performance through effective labour management, budget control, and revenue optimisation. Ensure full compliance with all health & safety, food safety, employment, and company standards. Lead daily operational meetings and coordinate activities across departments. Foster a positive and engaging workplace culture that attracts, develops, and retains talent. Champion continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies. Act as a visible ambassador for the hotel, maintaining a strong presence throughout the operation. About You You will be a proven hospitality leader with experience operating at a senior level within a luxury hotel environment. You will possess: Significant hotel operations leadership experience within a luxury or high-end hospitality environment. A track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and commercial performance. Outstanding leadership, coaching, and team development skills. Strong financial and commercial acumen. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities. The ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced operational environment.
