Set inside a beautifully preserved 19th-century townhouse, 11 Cadogan Gardens is a boutique London hotel known for its character, elegance and quintessentially British charm. Here, tradition meets warm, thoughtful hospitality.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver an outstanding guest experience from breakfast through to dinner, ensuring every guest leaves delighted.
  • Anticipate guest needs, personalising each interaction with genuine care and attention.
  • Build expert knowledge of our food and wine offerings, staying up to date with seasonal menus to enhance recommendations and drive sales.
  • Consistently follow our service steps and restaurant standards with confidence.
  • Support your teammates, creating a positive, collaborative environment where everyone feels valued.
  • Maintain exceptional levels of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene throughout the restaurant and adjoining areas.
