Be part of something new. We’ll soon be opening the doors to our newly refurbished restaurant and bar at The Lensbury — a contemporary, welcoming space designed to be enjoyed from morning coffee through to evening drinks and relaxed dining.

As one of our Food & Beverage Supervisors, you’ll play a key role in bringing this space to life. This is more than supervising shifts; it’s about setting standards, leading from the floor, and helping shape the member and guest experience in a venue we’re incredibly proud of.

Set within 25 acres on the banks of the River Thames, The Lensbury combines a 155-bedroom hotel, exclusive leisure club, spa and events spaces — making our food and beverage operation vibrant, varied and fast-paced.

The role:

  • Take ownership of day-to-day service delivery, ensuring every guest experience reflects the quality of our new space.
  • Lead, motivate and support the F&B team on shift, setting the tone and leading by example.
  • Oversee room and bar set-ups throughout the day, from breakfast through to evening service.
  • Maintain consistently high standards of service, presentation and cleanliness.
  • Handle guest feedback confidently and professionally, turning challenges into positive outcomes.
  • Support menu launches, promotions and special events linked to our relaunch.
  • Assist with stock control, cost awareness and minimising waste.
  • Work flexibly across outlets to support business peaks and events.
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety, health & safety and licensing standards.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being visible on the floor and takes real pride in delivering great hospitality.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous supervisory experience within food & beverage (hotel or members’ club experience beneficial but not essential).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • High service standards and attention to detail.
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
  • A Personal Licence (preferred but not essential).

Most importantly, you’ll care about creating a positive experience — for both guests and your team.

What you’ll get in return:

  • £29,175 per year + tronc.
  • Free meals while on duty.
  • Paid annual leave (28 days including public holidays).
  • Use of leisure facilities including gym and swimming pool (post-probation).
  • Discounts at The Lensbury and within the Iconic Hotels & Resorts portfolio.
  • Fully funded apprenticeship and development opportunities.
  • Employee Assistance Programme and online benefits portal.
  • Free parking, cycle to work scheme, refer-a-friend incentives.
  • Staff awards and social events throughout the year.
