Be part of something new. We’ll soon be opening the doors to our newly refurbished restaurant and bar at The Lensbury — a contemporary, welcoming space designed to be enjoyed from morning coffee through to evening drinks and relaxed dining.
As one of our Food & Beverage Supervisors, you’ll play a key role in bringing this space to life. This is more than supervising shifts; it’s about setting standards, leading from the floor, and helping shape the member and guest experience in a venue we’re incredibly proud of.
Set within 25 acres on the banks of the River Thames, The Lensbury combines a 155-bedroom hotel, exclusive leisure club, spa and events spaces — making our food and beverage operation vibrant, varied and fast-paced.
The role:
- Take ownership of day-to-day service delivery, ensuring every guest experience reflects the quality of our new space.
- Lead, motivate and support the F&B team on shift, setting the tone and leading by example.
- Oversee room and bar set-ups throughout the day, from breakfast through to evening service.
- Maintain consistently high standards of service, presentation and cleanliness.
- Handle guest feedback confidently and professionally, turning challenges into positive outcomes.
- Support menu launches, promotions and special events linked to our relaunch.
- Assist with stock control, cost awareness and minimising waste.
- Work flexibly across outlets to support business peaks and events.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, health & safety and licensing standards.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being visible on the floor and takes real pride in delivering great hospitality.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous supervisory experience within food & beverage (hotel or members’ club experience beneficial but not essential).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- High service standards and attention to detail.
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- A Personal Licence (preferred but not essential).
Most importantly, you’ll care about creating a positive experience — for both guests and your team.
