As a Receptionist at Nobu Hotel London Portman Square, you’ll be the welcoming face and guiding voice for our guests — ensuring every arrival, stay and departure is seamless, personalised and memorable. You will:
- Create a warm, welcoming and lasting impression for every guest
- Manage the full guest journey from pre-arrival to post-stay with care and precision
- Build genuine relationships with guests, especially VIPs and repeat visitors
- Provide attentive, natural and friendly service that reflects Nobu standards
- Answer guest enquiries and follow up promptly and professionally
- Maintain a tidy, presentable reception area with all necessary materials
- Be immaculately presented in correct uniform at all times
- Use OPERA proficiently to capture and manage guest information
- Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalised, crafted experiences
- Handle cashiering duties securely and manage a personal float accurately
- Resolve issues swiftly and empathetically, logging and following up as needed
- Uphold safety procedures and ensure secure access via the reception desk
