Aim of the Gardener:
To learn how to maintain the hotel gardens, kitchen garden, nursery, grounds and golf course to the highest possible condition, working amongst a team of gardeners.
About you:
- Experience in hard landscaping construction including fencing and paving
- Experience in high end garden maintenance
- Experience using a range of gardening tools and machinery safely and effectively
- Hold a Pa1 and Pa6 qualifications desirable
- A good understanding of plant care, pruning, and garden presentation to a consistently high standard
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- A full UK driving licence is essential
Responsibilities of the Gardener:
- You take genuine pride in creating and maintaining beautifully presented outdoor spaces that enhance the guest experience
- Passionate about gardens, landscaping and the natural environment, with a strong eye for detail and design
