Cliveden House is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented F&B Assistant to join our esteemed pantry team. As a F&B Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless and efficient flow of service for our 3 Rosette Cliveden Dining Room. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the culinary excellence and uphold the high standards of Cliveden House.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of the dining area before and after service
  • Support the preparation and organisation of the pantry area
  • Maintain a clean and orderly workspace
  • Ensure the pantry operation runs smoothly
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team
  • Work closely with the front-of-house team to coordinate the smooth delivery of dishes to the tables
