Our Club Membership Manager works closely with the wider team to create exceptional experiences for our members, building strong relationships and delivering a personalised and luxury service at every touchpoint. From membership enquiries and onboarding to daily engagement and events, ensuring the high standards and attention to detail are consistently maintained.
Responsibilities:- Drive membership sales, conversion and retention in line with agreed targets.
- Manage the full membership journey, from enquiry and show rounds to onboarding and renewals.
- Build strong relationships with members, creating a welcoming and personalised Club experience.
- Monitor membership performance through KPIs, reporting on sales, retention, renewals and member feedback.
- Support membership growth through campaigns, networking events, local outreach and social media activity.
- Promote and upsell all Club and Spa services, including treatments, retail products and personal training.
- Plan and deliver a varied annual Club events calendar to strengthen engagement and community.
- Handle member queries and concerns professionally, ensuring timely resolution and excellent service standards.
- Maintain accurate membership administration, databases, forecasts, reports and renewal processes.
- Represent the Cliveden brand professionally at all times, maintaining confidentiality, attention to detail and high service standards.
