We are looking for an organised and passionate Assistant Events Manager to support the Weddings & Events Manager in the planning and delivery of celebrations, corporate meetings and special events at Cliveden House. Working closely with clients and operational teams, you will help ensure every event is delivered seamlessly and to the highest standard.

  • Support the Weddings & Events Manager in delivering exceptional celebrations, corporate meetings and exclusive events within one of the UK’s most iconic luxury destinations.
  • Create bespoke and memorable experiences, ensuring every event is delivered with elegance, professionalism and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, providing a seamless and highly personalised service from enquiry through to event completion.
  • Conduct engaging venue show‑rounds, showcasing the property's unique history, heritage and event spaces.
  • Coordinate complex event logistics, ensuring the highest standards are maintained at every stage of the planning process.
  • Collaborate closely with operational teams to deliver flawless events and exceed guest expectations.
  • Prepare and manage event documentation, contracts and function details with exceptional accuracy and organisation.
  • Support the achievement of revenue goals through effective enquiry management, conversion and identification of additional opportunities.
  • Maintain a visible presence during key events, anticipating guest needs and ensuring service excellence throughout.
  • Deputise for the Weddings & Events Manager when required, demonstrating leadership, commercial awareness and a passion for luxury hospitality.
