  • Ensure guests are welcomed as soon as possible and doors held open
  • Assisting with luggage and taking to bedrooms in a timely manner
  • Confidently show guests around room functions and amenities for 5 star service
  • Ensure guests have had contact made if waiting in lobby area
  • Working alongside Concierge with various guest requests
  • Ensure all guests receive a dandy farewell when checking out
  • Maintain organisation and tidiness in porter’s room for retrieval of guest luggage
