About you as Public Area Assistant:
- Previous housekeeping experience ideally in hotels
- COSHH awareness
- Problem solving attitude
- Work diligently and effectively with excellent attention to detail
Key responsibilities of the Public Area Assistant:
- Take pride in cleaning and maintaining all public areas, event spaces and offices to the standards as set by the Executive Housekeeper
- To assist and help out other Room Attendants when necessary (extra beds, bed boards, make beds...)
- Take ownership of keeping stores and supplies neat and presentable at all times and stocked to the correct standard
- To complete tasks as delegated by the Executive Housekeeper
- To report any maintenance faults and deal with lost property
