As an Evening Room Attendant at Nobu Hotel London Portman Square, you’ll play a vital role in creating a serene and luxurious environment for our guests during the evening hours. Working from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm, you’ll ensure every room is prepared to perfection, every detail reflects Nobu’s crafted approach, and every guest feels truly cared for.

You will
- Prepare and refresh guest rooms to the highest standards during evening service
- Ensure rooms meet Nobu’s exacting requirements before sign-off
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests
- Record and communicate guest preferences for personalised experiences
- Report maintenance issues quickly and accurately
- Maintain housekeeping supplies and equipment with care and efficiency
- Support and mentor new team members, fostering collaboration and excellence
- Attend team briefings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement
- Demonstrate a proactive, positive approach to work and guest care
- Uphold safety procedures and statutory standards at all times
- Act as an ambassador for Nobu values of Family, Crafted, Smile and Kokoro
