As Commis Chef of the Kitchen Brigade at 11 Cadogan Gardens Hotel – the only Relais and Châteaux property in London – you are the reason why our Guests keep coming back for more. Our Chefs work as part of a team to impress our Guests, creating unforgettable experiences and exceeding expectations from breakfast right through dinner, to ensure that every guest wants to return.

You will be a team player, able to deal with the pressure of working in a busy operation in 11 Cadogan Gardens Hotel's Hans' Bar And Grill kitchen, striving for quality and perfection in every single dish.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Take pride in delivering high standards of specified work which include breakfast, lunch, dinner, room service & private dining, assisting in the preparation and service of food for guests and staff under the supervision of the senior chefs.
  • Prepare, cook and serve food delegated as your responsibility.
  • Be passionate about serving the highest possible quality and ensuring this is maintained.
  • Understand the importance of Health and Safety and Food Safety Policies, and adhere to those at all times.
  • Proactively contribute to kitchen maintenance and cleaning, keeping your section spotless during and after service.
  • Show interest in training and development opportunities, sharing knowledge, passion and pride as part of the hospitality industry.
