About the role: As Housekeeping Room Attendant of the Housekeeping team at 11 Cadogan Gardens Hotel and The Chelsea Townhouse - the only Relais and Chateaux properties in London - you are the reason our Guests keep coming back for more. Our Room Attendants work as part of a team to impress our Guests, creating unforgettable experiences and exceeding expectations from check in right through check out, to ensure that every guest wants to return. 11 Cadogan Gardens is a truly iconic 19th century boutique hotel in the heart of fashionable Chelsea. Behind its traditional Victorian facade lies a wealth of tradition, heritage and intrigue. What will you be doing? To maintain the high standards in the Hotel bedrooms and corridors. To be clean and maintain the hotel bedrooms and public areas with pride to the standards set by the Head Housekeeper. To take ownership and keep baskets and cupboards neat and presentable at all times and stocked to the correct standard. To complete tasks as delegated by the Head Housekeeper and work according to the extra cleaning list understanding flexibility and teamwork. To ensure that all cleaning materials are used to the Head Housekeeper's specification. To ensure that store lists to be completed on the day given and stores to be put away. To report any maintenance faults and deal with lost property.
