We are looking for a dedicated Kitchen Porter to support the kitchen team by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene, helping the kitchen run efficiently every day. What You Will Be Doing:

  • Clean the kitchen area and its surroundings before, during and after service including equipment, and floors.
  • Ensure the hot & cold drinks area is kept replenished and cleaned on a daily basis.
  • Carry general kitchen duties such as operating the dishwasher, washing all cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils and waste disposal.
  • Ensure all perishable/non-perishable stock is received and stored correctly, adhering to HACCAP regulations and Hotel standards.
  • Ensure fridges & store areas are kept clean and tidy.
